Refund policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you ordered the incorrect size or are not happy with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt on all NEW, unused products as long as all tags/packaging are still attached and it is not customized, personalized, engraved etc. We will not be able to accept returns for any items that have been used/misused or do not have original tags/packaging still attached.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items:
Some items are not eligible for return, including custom-made products, special orders, and personalized items. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us—we're happy to help clarify any questions or concerns.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. We recommend following the steps above to initiate a return and placing a separate order for the correct product.
Refund:
Once the returned item has arrived at our location, please allow for up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected back on your credit card.
